My career at Dacia started in 1986. I was employed as a technologist engineer in the Metallurgy Service. Since 2004, I have been in charge with affairs at the Prismatic Parts Service with the Process Engineering Department. Still, the MT1 carter project was decisive, as I had the chance to work with the team according to the Renault system. The final result of our work matched our expectations. The things I cherish the most are my family, my health and my job. I imagine my ideal day at the office as a long list of priorities I managed to check off. My daughter is my source of energy; she is the thing that gets me around the day. My source of tranquility is my mother’s house, in a small village 30 km from Pitesti. I always recharge my batteries there, and get ready for a new “slice” of life.
