Elena Enculescu

“I was employed by Dacia in 1985, at the Tool Die Shop. After three years, I was transferred to the Engine Department, as a technologist.”

Since 2004, Elena has begun working in Quality Systems, for the Engine Department. “This step I took was a great challenge for me. I managed in a complex field.”

It took effort and consistence to maintain, harmonize and correctly implement the quality system in her department. This way, Elena learned that the progressive approach of any activity is a constant source of progress.

“By using what I had learnt, I was able to reach other fields of activity, such as Environment Protection, Safety and DOJO Training Programmes.”
