It is not by chance that we have gathered today to talk about the environment and about our newest product, Dacia Logan on LPG. The entire planet celebrates the World Environment Day on 5 June. By means of the important actions taken with respect to the environment, Dacia joins the planet, increasingly anxious about the air we breathe every day. Since 2000, Dacia has committed to protect the environment throughout the industrial activity developed on the site in Mioveni. The plant implements Renault’s environmental policy and complies with the legal requirements related to car production. It’s a constant preoccupation and a long-term commitment: to have products that are increasingly economical and ecological. Between 2000 and 2006, for each car we manufactured, we divided by 3 the electricity consumption, by 5 the thermal energy consumption, by 10the water consumption and by 3 the CO2 emissions. For that, we have involved the men and women working at the plant and we have made 10-million euros worth of investments. Such actions have allowed Dacia to receive the ISO 14 001 environment certification. Starting September, we’ll go even further and we’ll launch a new water-based painting installation. Recently, we have completed our commercial offer with a new product: Dacia Logan on LPG, a vehicle becoming increasingly economical and ecological. For a complete description of the product, as well for more concrete details on what Dacia has done to protect the environment, I’ll let my colleagues pick up the floor. Let’s be green and let’s think green not only today, but on a daily basis! Thank you. Ti-a placut acest articol? Aboneaza-te la newsletterul Dacia! |
