Distribution of Dividends

We hereby inform you that for the activity performed during the interval 1998 - 2004 the net result of the accounting period was not a positive one, a reason for which there were not distributed dividends to the shareholders.

With regard to the profit accomplished during the period of the accounting periods of the years 2005 - 2008, the General Aseembly of the Shareholders, taking into account the level of the losses registered during the preceding years, the importance of the investments accomplished and in accordance with the dispositions of art. 69 in Law no. 31/1990, decided to replenish the net assets of the company by recovering the accounting losses. For this reason, the registered profit was not distributed for granting dividends.

With regard to the profit accomplished for the accounting period of 2009, the General Assembly decided the distribution of dividends.
