Modalities to Sell Dacia Shares

We inform you that the shares of SC Automobile Dacia SA are not traded anymore on the stock market.

At this moment, S.C. Automobile DACIA S.A does not intend to buy back its own shares. An eventual rebuying will be notified.

The shareholders of Dacia may assign their shares only by direct transactions to other shareholders or thirds.

In order to operate in the Shareholders' Ledger of Dacia the assignment of shares, the following documents are necessary, in the original:

            - the shareholder certificate or the excerpt from the shareholders' ledger, original, or, in case the shareholder certificate or the excerpt from the Shareholders' Ledger was lost, the evidence of the fact that this was declared void;

            - the identity documents of the parties (identity bulletin or card, that must have written on it the personal identification number);

            - the assignment agreement;

            - the notarial power-of-attorney in case you cannot present in person and are represented by another person

We inform you that the regulation of this problem may be done only on the basis of an appointment, in the presence of the two parties, having the above mentioned documents.

For the appointment, it is necessary that you transmit to us your request, accompanied by a copy of your identification document and of the above mentioned documents, at the address AUTOMOBILE DACIA, Directia Juridica (Legal Department), Str Uzinei Nr 1, Mioveni, Arges county.

Only on the basis of these documents you will be communicated in writing the day and the time of the appointment.
