List of the necessary documents for the collection of the inhered dividends

FOR SHAREHOLDERS - NATURAL PERSONS - IN THEIR OWN NAME:

     -     The identity document having the personal identification number (CNP) written on it.

If the identification document does not have the CNP written on it, it is mandatory to also present the Shareholder Certificate or the Statement of Account issued by the Issuer, documents that contain the CNP.

By identity document there is understood identity bulletin, card for the Romanian citizens and passport for the foreign citizens.

     -     The document of name change - if applicable.

FOR SHAREHOLDERS UNDER THE AGE OF 14 – BY GUARDIAN:

         - The birth certificate of the shareholder (with CNP)

         - The legal document that institutes the guardianship + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

         - The identity document of the guardian + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

FOR SHAREHOLDERS – DISABLED PERSONS  – BY CURATOR:

         - The identity document of the shareholder (with CNP)

         - The legal document that institutes the curatorship + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

         - The identity document of the curator + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

FOR SHAREHOLDERS - NATURAL PERSONS - BY ATTORNEYS-AT-FACT:

        - Special power-of-attorney - notariate (it is retained)

        - The identity document of the attorney-at-fact + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

        - The shareholder certificate or the statement of account (they are not retained)

FOR SHAREHOLDERS THAT CHANGED THEIR NAME (MARRIAGE, DIVORCE)

        -        The identity document having the personal identification number (CNP) written on it accompanied by the copy of the Certificate of marriage or

        -        The court decision for divorce

FOR SHAREHOLDERS - NATURAL PERSONS WITH THEIR DOMICILIATION ABROAD - BY ATTORNEYS-AT-FACT:

        - Special power-of-attorney authenticated by the Romanian Consulate / Embassy in the domiciliation country, in Romanian (it is retained)

        - The identity document of the attorney-at-fact + 1 xerox copy (the copy is retained)

        - Copy of the shareholder certificate or of the statement of account (they are not retained).

FOR THE HEIRS OF SHAREHOLDERS :

        - The certificate of heir. It is necessary that in the certificate of heir at the residual estate there should be specified the entire number of inherited shares (according to Law 31/1990 shares are indivisible);

        - The identity document of the heir

LEGAL ENTITIES :

        - The certificate of establishment/registration of the company with the Trade Register

        - Identity document of the person empowered by the company ;

        - Evidence of the quality of a representative of the trade company;
