Collection of Dividends Afferent to Accounting Period of 2009

The amount of the gross dividend per share is of 0.0061 lei. From the total value of the dividend inhered to every shareholder there will be retained the tax of 16% and the commission of 2.5 lei charged by BRD for distribution.

In order to collect the dividends, please go to any of the units of the BRD in the entire country, where you will present the necessary documents for the collection of the inhered amounts.

The bank will not distribute dividends to the shareholders that cannot be identified in the Shareholders' Ledger.
