Rights of Shareholders

According to the law, as a shareholder of a company, you take benefit of non-patrimonial rights (the right to take part in the general assemblies of shareholders, the right to vote, the right to be informed) and of patrimonial rights (the right to dividends, the preferential right of subscription, the right to alienate shares). The quality of shareholder of SC Automobile Dacia SA does not offer you the right to purchase/maintain a Dacia motor car under conditions other than the general ones, established by SC Automobile Dacia SA for all the customers of Dacia.
