Asociatia Club Duster si forumduster.ro anunta desfasurarea celei de-a doua reuniuni nationale a fanilor Dacia Duster din Romania, editia de iarna. Evenimentul va avea loc în perioada 17-19 februarie la Bolboci-Moroieni, în judetul Dambovita.

The thrilling last clash of the 2011/2012 Trophée Andros saw Dacia clinch its first title in motorsport thanks to Alain Prost, who was in stunning form, and team-mates Evens Stievenart and Nicolas Prost. By taking his personal score in the French competition to three crowns, Alain Prost enabled Dacia Lodgy Glace to become the first MPV to win a title in ice racing, just weeks ahead of the production version’s unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show.

Dacia is the most reliable auto make, according to the survey accomplished by the publication Que Choisir in March and April 2011. The Romanian auto mark was situated on the first place in the competition with other 31 makes, having a reliability index of 95%. Also, the inland make is the only one that obtained the maximum of 3 stars (a "very good" grade), in comparison to the next classified, with maximum two stars. Among the makes beaten by Dacia there are mentioned Toyota, BMW and Mercedes.

The Board of Directors of Automobile Dacia decided, at the end of the year 2011, the extension of the General Director mandate of Jérôme Olive, appointed in this position in 2009. The first year of his mandate in Romania, 2010, marked the release of the first Dacia-brand SUV, the Duster SUV.

With the Christmas and New Year festivities over, Trophée Andros action resumed this weekend at Isola 2000, in the south of France. The first race saw Alain Prost finish on the podium to defend his position at the top of the standings. The Dacia Lodgy Glace driver is now equal on points with his arch-rival Jean-Philippe Dayraut. Nicolas Prost, who is contesting the French ice-racing series for the first time, is improving all the time and stands out as a potential winner, as demonstrated by his second place in the second race!

Dacia is poised to expand its line-up in 2012 with the release of Lodgy, an MPV which will be available with either five or seven genuine seats.

A cocktail of performance, strategy and soundrace management were once again the keys to success at the winter’s thirdTrophée Andros clash. Team Dacia was involved in the fight for first place allweekend, and taking the right decisions at the right time led to its secondvictory of the year, in Race 2. Alain Prost is the first driver to have notchedup two wins this year and now leads the points table ahead of the Christmasbreak. Evens Stievenart and Nicolas Prost were also in top form and jostling withthe leaders. There is still everything to play for, but Dacia Lodgy Glace hasalready emerged as the revelation of the 2011/2012 championship.

Un grup de 120 de copii si 30 de cadre didactice de la gradinite si scoli din Mioveni si imprejurimi au fost primiti, luni, de Jérôme Olive, directorul general al Dacia, si de… Mos Craciun, care a venit cu sacul plin de dulciuri si jucarii.
